Returns a mutation that writes a state-changing contract function through a Para-backed ethers signer.
This operation hook is exported by the full React SDK. It requires the corresponding Para-backed signer or client to be ready.
When the supplied signer or client is unavailable, the mutation remains pending and the async trigger rejects with a readiness error.
