Lists the saved revisions of a user’s parameter values for one policy, newest first.

nextBeforeRevision to read older saved values.

ParaRestError with the HTTP status, the error code and a message. Permissions errors lists every error code.
An empty path argument throws ParaRestValidationError before the request is sent.
