Updates the user identifier associated with a wallet.
Call this method on a server-side ParaRestClient.
All REST methods can throw ParaRestError for non-success HTTP responses and ParaRestValidationError for invalid local arguments. Use ParaRestCallOptions for idempotency and cancellation.
