An ethers v6 AbstractSigner that signs with a Para EVM wallet.

messageSigningTimeoutMs is forwarded only by signMessage. signTransaction and signTypedData do not forward it, and connect creates a signer without it. The class selects an EVM wallet during construction. Inherited ethers v6 methods are vendor APIs and may require a provider.
