Signs a raw EVM hash with a Para wallet.

sign, though viem’s LocalAccount type marks it optional; the non-null assertion expresses that source-guaranteed contract. Pass a hash, not an unprefixed message. This method normalizes Para’s recovery byte for legacy EVM verification.
