CreateSmartAccountParams<T> adds the required para: ParaCore field for direct factory calls, while SmartAccountForMode<TMode> maps a literal mode to the corresponding returned account type.
An external WalletClient must have an account selected. EIP-7702 cannot use an external wallet signer because it requires raw authorization signing.
